Just a note to thank you for your company's help in moving the pieces of furniture from Mother's apartment. They arrived and were in excellent condition. As you know I was especially concerned about the Tea Table. You sent me some pictures of antiques that you had moved and I was a little hesitant as your pictures were not what I had pictured antiques to look like. The ones that I wanted to move appeared to be a bit more valuable and delicate as they were 18th century American pieces. Just a comment from a customer who loved your work but was a bit fearful to begin with. Your Nashville counterpart was extremely nice and it was a VERY pleasant experience working with both of you. Please disregard my voice message, as I thought GIKI committed a document error and of course immediately I was getting calls that only 128 kits had arrived, so finally a physical count was made and all kits are accounted for.

My designer in Palm Beach just called and said that everything arrived in tact.  He said he had never seen such professional crating and packing.  Everything went very smoothly and the driver helped bring the art up to the apartment.   
 
It was truly a pleasure dealing with you and your company.  You were professional, efficient and very pleasant.  I was quite anxious about moving my art such a distance but your demeanor gave me confidence that all would be well.  And it was!
